Vintage Notes
Amador County is renowned for producing California's finest Zinfandel wines. The grapes were sourced from organically farmed old vine vineyards that are planted on hillsides with soils of sandy clay loam derived from decomposed granite, unique to the region. Amador County's warm days and cool evening breezes from the Sierras promote full ripening of the grapes and a balanced acidity, leading to a robust, intensely flavored wine.
Tasting Notes
Brass Tacks Zinfandel is bold and complex, with rich black cherry and raspberry fruit and hints of spice leading to an easy finish.
